A crisis is an intense time of difficulty or danger when it is easy to be overwhelmed and unsure what to do next. A steady and kind person in these moments gives the space to get clear on the best next step. Becoming skilled in how to settle oneself and be grounded at these intense times will benefit all areas of life, personally and professionally. The tools and practices used in a session may include:
Breath Work, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping, Movement, Tai Chi/Qigong exercises, Visualisations, Storytelling, Role-play, Words and Wellness Planning. 
Session Format
Sessions can be in person, online or by telephone. Elaine is open to working indoors or outdoors in nature. 
A crisis can be overwhelming, leaving us unsure of what to do next. The ability to be heard and listened to is what I offer in these sessions. There is comfort in being listened to. 
For the session all that is required is that you come with an open and curious mind and a pen and paper.
